Retro-Coat® is a vapor intrusion mitigation concrete coating system specifically developed to protect existing structures from the threat of contaminant vapor intrusion. The system features a two-part, odorless, no-VOC, 100% solids coating that has been rigorously tested to combat aggressive vapors, including TCE, PCE, benzene, petroleum hydrocarbons, and chlorinated solvents.

Unlike traditional barrier approaches that require slab removal or major reconstruction, Retro-Coat is applied directly to existing horizontal and vertical surfaces, forming a chemically resistant, durable wearing surface that can be left exposed or covered with standard floor finishes.
